Do you want to get Fitter?

Law and Carluke Road Runners

Law and Carluke Road Runners meet every Sunday at 09.00am at Law Primary School. Depending how many attend the Runs, the runs can be anything between forty minutes and one and a half hours.

If you want to get fitter and have some company, why not meet some fellow runners on a Sunday morning who will run along with you, at your pace.

Law and Carluke Road Runners also now meet every Wednesday at 7.00pm at Carluke Sports Centre. Details of the runs are usually posted at Law and Carluke Running

Likewise depending on how many attend and ability levels the runs can be anything between 3 miles and 6 miles, run at your own pace.
