The Law Community Trust Charity Evening held in Law Bowling Club was a great success and a fabulous evening of dancing, raffles and enjoyment to all who attended the evening.

We would like to thank everyone involved, especially the Ladies who prepared the buffet, the residents of Law for their support on the night,
Law Bowling Club Bar Staff, M/C Pat Lee and Pick up the Pieces who provided the fabulous entertainment.

The evening raised a gross total of £824.65 a fantastic sum towards future projects taken on by Law Community Trust.
Once again a great
big thank you to everyone who took part.

From tiny Acorns Great Oaks Grow. A small group of people in Law decided to take the old saying at its word by setting up
Law Community Trust in April 1999.

The Aim behind the “Trust” is:

To bring the Community together,

To work for more employment.

To increase social opportunities and encourage visitors to Law.

Membership is open to:
All residents, organisation’s and businesses based within Law.

Work on the new play park equipment is completed.

It seems the children have unofficially opened the play park Friday 23rd April 2010

There has been great enjoyment in the Law Play Park since Friday (all age groups). Congratulations and thanks to each and everyone  of you for helping to steer the Play Park Project to a successful conclusion.

Due to the success of the Energy Saving Project run last year by Law Community Trust and Carluke Development Trust we have decided to run the project once again as Law Community Trust feel many households in Law could still benefit as they may have missed out on last years Energy Saving Event
